O'Neil Arena is an arena built by bull riders for bull riders. We are dedicated to bull riders of all ages to help them learn and practice. O'Neil Arena hosts the only PBR in Central Oregon. O’Neil Arena was founded in 2020 as a place for fans and bull riders to come together and share their passion and excitement for this sport. We want to create a comfortable and considerate environment where everyone is free to contribute and enjoy.
